i purchase a b grade Acer B326HUL 32" Widescreen LED Professional/Gaming Slim Bezel Flicker FREE monitor in May this year and its working fine.
I have noticed a humming noise for months now and thought it was the PSU. i upgraded my GPU to a 1080ti about 3 mths ago. however, the humming was still there. two weeks ago i had issues with my motherboard and had to RMA it so i stripped the pc down. i have built it back up again and noticed that when i plugged the displayport or hdmi cable into the GPu, my monitor makes the humming noise.
is the problem the monitor or the GPU? never had it before so i'm a little perplexed.
i know the monitor is not in warranty because of the b grade so i'll sell it on ebay if its the issue and/or send the GPU back as thats under warranty.
