Last night when I turned my M2762D monitor on the picture only stayed up for around 5 seconds, there was also a strange hissing/crackling noise coming from the back of the monitor. After the 5 seconds the screen went black, the hissing/crackling noise stopped but I could still hear the sounds of the TV program. I turned it off completely and left it to today incase it was due to the monitor overheating last night. However, exactly the same thing is happening today... Any ideas what's wrong, if I could fix it or if it's time to get another monitor (it was bought in November 2009) ?
