monitor problem

Hi i have DELL 2407WFP-HC monitor and recently been getting flickering on it not much but still a little and only on certain games (splinter cell,medieval2) games like company of heroes /fear dont flicker have got latest video drivers but it hasn't helped the problem also am running the monitor at max res with max refresh rate.

any ideas ?

try it with a different cable - i hear a faulty cable can cause flickering issues and occasional loss of signal, even if the cable seems new. beyond that I can't suggest anything, soz.
