Monitor Problem

[PSP83]

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone knows whats causing this problem.

I have a banding problem on my monitors, its only started to happen in the last month, you can see it on blue and grey colours (not tested any others) doesn't show on white backgrounds.

Any ideas whats causing this and how to fix it?
