Hi guys
Interested in getting a new monitor for myself over the coming weeks. Not too sure what is the best these days. Had a good research about 1440P and 1080P 144hz monitors.
From what I gather, 144hz and lower response times are more for fast paced FPS games. Will it make too much difference for games like League of Legends? I do play CS:Go etc from time to time but not as often as LoL.
Or would I just benefit more from getting a 25/27 inch 1440P monitor? Also IPS or TN panels? Obviously IPS has better viewing angles, but anything else that makes it better than TN?
Other than gaming, i use the computer for movies and general browsing etc (no editing or anything like that)
So which monitor would best be recommended? Budget being around £200-£250, possibly stretch to £300 if its worth it.
I have a HIS HD 7950 IceQ Boost card along with Phenom II X4 955 if that makes any difference to monitor choices.
Thanks
