Monitor RMA!!!

I RMA'd My 226bw as it completely stopped working..just received replacement monitor..but the glossy black edges are quite scratched and look no way near as clean as the one i bought..i thought they would give me a new monitor instead of a used one??

you'd need to speak with the company themselves as we can't resolve this but i would expect that the monitor to be 'like new'

Did you buy the monitor from Overclockers? If so, it's best to contact them via phone, Web Note system or post in the OcUK Customer Service section.

If you got it from another retailer, your best bet would be to contact them.

i didn't purchase from Overclockers..ill contact samsung
