Monitor screen cleaning advice!

Can anyone recommend a good,Safe cleaning solution for the Matt/Non glossy panel type on Monitors/TVs.

I've tried a few solutions that are supposedly for them and ALL leave horrible streaks even though i use a lint free cloth as advised and its driving me crazy because stands out like a sore thumb when the monitors off.

Screen mom. Overclockers.co.uk sell it and it comes with a cloth.

Lens wipes and a soft cloth.

I just use distilled water on a slightly damp lens/monitor cloth.
Then use a dry part of the cloth to finish the job.

Does the job and no worries of any chemicals going onto the screen.

I'm using Zeiss lens wipes picked up from instore Asda chemist. Takes 2 to clean my grubby 32" monitor but I#ve not noticed streaks
