i was playing metal gear solid just now and it crashed. now my monitor is seeing the "arse end of task bar at the top of my screen slightly) when i hover my mouse i see the mouse part at the top as well as the bottom depending on where i have the mouse cursor, anyway to fix this, i tried reloading a new res, did not work..
