Hi, its been a long time since my last post, and how I have missed you all. How ever now I call upon you all for some help.
Im working in IT for a company in cambridge and I have a very strange problem with one of my users,
She is on a Lenovo X301 laptop, and a 17" monitor attached directly into the computer, how ever when ever she re connected the monitor after taking it home every night, she has to go into the settings to reset the resolution of the monitor in order to allow her to use it.
Please help I have tried adjusting the settings, but its like every time she disconnectes it, it resets.
She is on Windows Vista Business.
