I have a bit of a monitor setup problem.

At the moment I have a Sammy 2443BW paired with a Sammy 19" and a broken 2407WFP Dell (Whisltes and smells of burning).

I am looking at getting the dell repaired but given it is out of warrenty, this isnt looking likely.

My system is currently running a 5970 so really wanting to go for a Eyefinity setup, but not sure if I want 3 different screens, plus the Sammy is a 1920 x 1200 and most 24" now seem to be 1920 x 1080 what do you suggest?

I have found a 24" on a certain well known auction site but it is £290, quite a bit more han I paid for mine originally and I dont think it warrents a £300 price tag.

So, can anyone suggest ideas. Do I keep the Sammy and buy 2 other 1920 x 1200 sreens (suggestions plse) or do I sell it and buy 3 other options. Again would really want 1920 x 1200. Alternative options are to run the Sammy along side the Hans G 27.5" screen (is this worth it??)

Any ideas appreciated.

If you want a 1920x1200 screen, this one is very good, but even more expensive than the one you found. This one uses an eIPS panel, so in terms of image quality and viewing angles - it will be similar to your old Dell (here is a review). It also has a DisplayPort connection, which is very useful if you want to run a 3 monitor eyefinity setup.

^That HP ZR24w is a nice looking piece of kit, £350.00 for a 24" ips panel is very good, 3 years ago or so i paid £430.00 for my Benq fp241w (p-mva panel), at that time the ips panel screens cost a bit more. Saying that though, i cant fault the Benq in all the time ive had it.
