Hi gang,

I've done a bit of digging around and I can't see anything that answers my question so here goes.

Is there a "best size" monitor for a particular resolution?0 for example; a 19" monitor fits 1400 x 900 because the pixels fit nicely,

I hope I'm making sense lol

I guess the reason I'm asking is because I have read that some resolutions on some
monitors display dodgy looking text and so on...

I don't wanna buy the wrong thing from ocuk.

It's not really relevant, it's more about always running the monitor at native res to avoid such conflicts.

The sweet spot is more to do with your distance from the monitor, ie a 1440p 16" monitor would be horrible as the text would be tiny.

I think I get what you tying to say is if you wanted a 1080p monitor which would be the ideal size, as in 20", 22", 24" etc.

I'd say probably 23" or 24" for 1920 x 1080 would be about right.
