Welcome to the forums, it would probably help if you told us what graphics card manufacturer you use. ATI and Nvidia both have their own overclocking tools that will show temperatures amongst other things, there are various aftermarket tools such as Rivatuner and Powerstrip that might do so but I haven't used either for a while.
As to the system temperature, your motherboard manufacturer should provide you with such a utility but if not something like Speedfan ought to do the job.
