Monitor started acting weird

Hello people, so i had this Asus vx279H monitor for a little over 3'ish years now and during that time it's been fine with no issues what so ever, but recently "5 days ago" it started acting really weird

Green lines at the bottom of the display moving vertically "looks like an after image of the top of my monitor" those lines would disappear once my monitor was warmed up.

Now my current issue is that i get a heavy after image of all content i previous viewed on that given monitor "Pictures"

So my question to you guys are, can my monitor be saved or is it dead?

Sounds like it's dying. Check if you're still within the 3 year warranty period.

Sadly i'm not, because it's always when your warranty runs out that **** like that happens
