Monitor stuck in high refresh rate

Hi guys . I tried over overclocking my monitor to 75hz(Samsung LS24D300)now I'm getting a black screen . Also when I restart I don't get bios screen just black display. I am running a gpu . Please help !!

Overclock it on NVIDIA?

Couple of things you can try:

Plug the HDMI into motherboard if you have onboard graphics
Start in safe mode


Using either option, revert it back to 60 Hz.
