Monitor turns on with pc but no signal

The monitor turns on when the pc power button is clicked but no signal is displayed

All power connectors secured
Gpu has been remounted
Ram has been secured
Hdmi is not faulty
All fans spin including gpu
Gpu fan turns off after 20 seconds ish but I think it’s just the mode it’s on
No bios or anything is being displayed
Windows is not installed either

The cpu cooler covers the ram but in the product pictures it looks like it doesn’t, any cause for concern?

I’m very certain the correct connection is being selected because Ive tried all the different ports.

This is a brand new pc, I’ve ordered a display port that I’m picking up tomorrow.

Yeah Its in the gpu. I’ve ordered a new display port cable so I’ll see if it’s the hdmi port that’s faulty.

Fixed the problem. Turns out my monitor is just a bit dodgy, used a different display and it worked.
