Monitor underscanning on reboot.

I am using a 22" hdtv (22lg3000) as a monitor, and i can get 1080p on it i need to overscan in CCC to make sure it fills the screen. this setting stayed, until recently. an update to my HD 5770 was released and i installed it, and now whenever i restart my computer, it underscans (black borders). when i go back into CCC however, the bar is where i left it, and the tv suddenly goes back to the setting i specified.
i cannot uninstall this update for some reason, so i was wondering if anyone has a fix, or has the same problem.

Yes, scanning is broken in the latest ATi drivers. (10.8)

10.7 should work fine though if you want to downgrade.
