monitor upgrade but what?

hi i have a 15 inch samsung 153t lcd , i think it is time for an upgrade , what should i go for? i dont want to spend silly money....... but i dont want a **** tft either lol?

graphics card i have at th emoment is a 6800ultra
i was looking at 20 inch ws models , but not sure what to get?
