so my ancient dell side monitor died a while back and i'm finally looking to replace it.
plan is to demote my (kinda old now) rog dominator to secondary duty and get something crisper for the main gaming use.
as much as ultrawides tempt me i'm thinking my rig isn't going to do respectable framerates on anything more than 1440p, and other than wanting at least 144hz i don't really have any other criteria, it'd basically be how nice the colours are.
budget wise i don't really want to go too mad, and i suspect i won't need to these days to get something better than what i'm used to.
This Samsung Odessey looks like it fits the bill, but that's just from a cursory glance.
