Monitor Upgrade?

Hey all, currently have 2x Belinea 1925S1W Monitors which I have had for the past 3 years, they are brilliant monitors and I have had no complaints about them.

I use my PC for some gaming, but mostly for 3D Modelling and the like, now I am tempted to get a slightly bigger monitor but really I have a few questions:

1) Is it actualy worth upgrading for an extra 3 - 4"?
2) What monitors would you suggest?

As I am getting to they need to be affordable so around £300. I also want to be able to use my 360 on them, if I dont have to plug it in each time that is a bonus.

Any other suggestions? Quite like the look of Samsung monitors, But do not really want to pay more than my budget.

Currently lookin at the LG W2261V 22" , it would be aroun £330 for 2 of these, and it has HDMi and DVI, but is it any good?
