Monitor upgrade

hi guys im looking for a monitor upgrade over my current one what can you reccomend? normal use and gaming are my requirements.

Currently using a Samsung syncmaster SA850T

Id say about £270 budget gsyc isnt a priority. Just looking for something better than my current one.

Kinda depends on what you want. I'd say you'd want 144hz and that you don't want a TN panel. Also, do you want 1440p? Your gpu will struggle to push that resolution but you might be upgrading in the near future for all I know.

VA, 144hz, 1080p which would be perfect for your gpu.

You'd have to go close to £400 to get 1440p with VA/IPS and 144hz.
