Monitor vesa mount issue

I have bought a 3 monitor stand have assembled it but have one noticeable issue i didn't consider at the time. The right monitor's vesa mount on the actual monitor is lower rather than centre like the other two monitors.

Are there any adaptors that can centre the vesa mount on the monitor? If such a thing even exists.

A quick Google threw up the "Newstar Adapter for individual height adjustment" which looks like it fits the bill, but it's not the cheapest at best part of fifty quid! :eek:

You know any friends who are handy with metal and could make a plate with holes in one place and nuts welded onto another who might do it in exchange for some beers?
