Monitor video playback issue

Hi, all.

So i have a 4k 144hz Gsync monitor (HDMI 2.1) which is my main gaming screen and then i have a second screen which is 4k 60hz (DP) and watch youtube streaming video playback on. I have a issue when im gaming on the 144hz screen and watching any format of video play back on the 4k 60hz screen at the same time im gaming the videos lag and stutter which is very noticeable. Ive changed the main screen to 120hz and disabled Gsync but i still have this issue. Is there only fix for is to get another screen using the same refresh rate as my main screen which is 144hz to solve this problem?

I don't think refresh rate or Gsync is the problem
I've had this issue when game has exclusive full screen access. Try borderless window

potentially running second screen off integrated graphics (and pinning video decode to it) could help

Forgot to mention ive tried fullscreen and fullscreen window.

EDIT: Just plugged in another 144hz screen and the issue is gone.
