Do you have normally illuminated room or darkened one?
IPS isn't really option for darkened room.
At least without A-TW polarizer, which has been rarity at best.

I usually watch movies with the lights off so i guess VA is the way to go. By the way that was the consensus of the majority of posts i have seen online.
