Hi, I'm having an odd problem on my Windows 10 machine where horizontal lines will appear across the screen. But it only seems to last about 30 seconds after booting and then the screen will be fine.
It only seems to happen if the PC has been off for a while as when I'm trying to recreate the problem I can't unless the machine has been off for several hours.
The lines aren't appearing when I print screen and paste which makes me think its the screen, but at the same time, a lot of my hardware is getting fairly old now.
I've tried switching over to HDMI instead of DVI and the problem doesn't happen at all. So I'm really confused if this is hardware or software?
Monitor I have is a Samsung LC32HG70QQUXEN 32-Inch Curved WQHD Gaming Monitor - Dark Blue/Matt Black
