Monitor with Component-In

Hi all,

Can anyone help recommending a monitor with component-in, preferably without costing the earth?

Seen the Dell IPS and the Asus 23", but ideally under £200.

Problem is currently I have Pc using DVI, and PS3 using HDMI on my BenQ, but I also have a Hava to record output from my PS3. Hava input is component, so need to output to that from PS3. I did buy a component to RGB convertor box but the picture is just awful - I'd really like to get away from constant swapping of settings on the PS3.

Happy to go with just component output on the PS3, but have to get a new monitor so I don't need convertors. Another option would be sticking with HDMI (as I'm looking at replacing the Hava, maybe with the Black Magic) but would need a HDMI->HDMI HDCP stripper, which I can't find - all the HDFurys are HDMI->RGB etc.

Any advice appreciated.
Cheers

You maybe better off buying a secondhand monitor that has a component input like one the highend dell 24" from a few years ago...

These older dell 24" monitors below should all have component inputs

UltraSharp 2405FPW
UltraSharp 2407FPW
UltraSharp 2408FPW

Maybe have a look through Baddass website at the monitor reviews to see which monitors have component inputs

Thanks both for the info - tbh I thought I'd be pushing my luck with the £200 bracket :) Did consider the TV approach, but even then it's tough finding something 22-24" in that price range that will do 1080p.

Think I may just bite the bullet and treat myself to the U2410.

Cheers
