Monitor with integrated wiDi

Hi guys

Can anyone advise me on a decent 27" monitor with integrated wiDi. I basically want to hook my laptop up to a decent size monitor when i need the bigger screen for work (web design). Would you recommend wiDi for this or would it be better to just use HDMI?

I have around £250-300 to spend.

For the use described I wouldn't want a 27" monitor at 1920x1080. I'd either stick to a 24" monitor and get something good (-ish at that budget), or stretch the budget a bit and get a 27" at 2560x1440.

I wouldn't pay a premium for WiDi for desktop use. Trailing a HDMI cable across a living room to a television would be a pain, plugging in on the desktop would be a minor issue.

The monitor linked appears to be a glorified television. It might be fantastic, but I'd prefer to pay less for bells and whistles, and more on a high quality panel.

Love the design of the samsung but i have heard the BenQ is a better panel and cheaper?

Appreciate any advice.
