monitor

Well it looks like a choice between high resolution or 120 Hz surround. As they're vastly different experiences, I think you'd be better off deciding what route to go and then have a look at your options.

A choice between 120 Hz Surround and super high resolution is going to just be peoples opinions on what they find best which may or may not fall into line with what your own preference will be.

Using the U2711 ATM playing crysis 3, bioshock and tomb raider that look absolutely stunning image quality and colours. Bf3 on the benq very fluid and it still boasts an awesome picture. Surround gaming never tried it how good does it look at triple screen resolution ?

Good but you have to get into the mindset of not looking directly at the peripheral screens as they're meant to settle into the corners of your eyes. The side screens have a slightly zoomed in (or "fish eye") effect to them. It's difficult to recommend really because if it's an either/or situation, as I say, you'll end up with advocates of both. If you've got a high resolution set up already then you could always try a triple monitor set up and send them back if you don't like it. Not technically what the DSR was for but nothing wrong with doing it :D.
