Monitoring broadband usage

I am thinking of changing broadband providers.

I currently have uncapped downloads, i notice that a lot of the packages are capped, e.g 10gb/ month

I am therefore interested in what my current usage is. What is the best way of finding out?

How many devices do you have using the connection?

What router do you have? I have used DD-WRT and am currently using Gargoyle firmware on my Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH. Both show usage statistics.

You might be able to get an unlimited package at a reasonable price.
