Monitoring Down/Upload on Wireless ADSL network

Hi,

Ive just setup an ADSL connection using the OCUK value mode/router wirelessly to 3 PC's in my house here. How can I monitor the amount of uploads and downloads each PC does?

http://www.bandwidthmonitorpro.com/ is a good one although i think it might need to be installed on each pc actually.
