Monitoring My Phone Covertly

Hello

I suspect someone might be accessing my phone (when I'm not in a room, etc.) and doing things I don't want them to be doing, eg. blocking certain contacts on my phone, deleting messages, etc.

Is there some sort of app, like a key stroke logger for a PC, that I can install on my phone and it will "record" any actions taken on the phone, eg. a kind of log that shows:

phone unlocked
tapped on contacts
tapped on <insert contact's name>
tapped on settings
etc. etc. etc.

or I've heard of screen recorders to record mobile game play, but I think they only run when instructed to do so and I'm after something that just continually runs in the background and comes alive and starts running once the screen is unlocked and continues to run until the screen is locked again.

It doesn't need to record key strokes just the sequence of actions that are taken once the phone is unlocked.

Anything like that out there?

Thanks is advance.

Cerberus used to do some of this - I think some of their device access permissions got revoked by Google over time but I think it still does a good amount.

Could be worth a look.

Defo check out the Cerberus app. It can be installed and hidden away in the system somewhere. As far as I know, it does all of the stuff you've outlined.

Cerberus definitely allows you to view the cameras remotely and see who is using the phone, it will also take a photo of the person too.

Just logged into the desktop and it now allows you too grab a screen recording for a set amount of time.
Also there's now an annual fee.
