Monitoring Network Traffic - Video Conf System

Hi all,

I have a problem with a Video conference system which randomly drops its connection sometimes.

I was going to monitor the dedicated line but what software would you use which can provide some detailed information on it? Its a dedicated line so i just need to prove the problem.

I could use wireshark i presume but guess I would need more knowledge of the program.

I was hoping for something which would show: -

When a drop occured
How many packets
What type
How long for
and maybe more....
