Monitoring temperatures...

Im trying to determine if my setup is overheating. Currently using CPUID HW monitor - seems to monitor what I need - but doesnt start with windows and log to a text file continuously... or I cant see the option.

Anybody recommend anything else ?

Speedfan (though be careful on their website as there are a lot of spam adverts pretending to be the DL link).
and Real Temp.

Both are great and work very well though it takes a bit of fiddling to load on startup.
