Monitoring Wireless Network Performance (How)

Hi, I'm streaming media over a wireless network to my PS3. I am using Vista x64 and would like to see how well my transfers are performing and if I can speed them up at all (re Vista slow file transfer issue over a network). Where do I have to look to see the transfer rate over the wireless network?
