Monitors: AOC vs Acer vs Philips vs Iiyama?

Looking to nab myself a 1080p 23 inch IPS monitor for gaming, as cheap as possible. These are the four I've come up with: Any comments/advice would be great!

Don't have much experience with Philips monitors - never seen anything particularly positive said about them though.

Acer are very hit and miss.

AOC and Iiyama both have long histories of making quality monitors.
