Good evening gentleman of Monitors.
I just got home to find my Iiyama E2473HS has decided to stop working. Now, this morning Mrs Spangles tried to use the computer, and couldn't get the monitor to work, but eventually I sorted it out, and it just came on.
I have just tried it when I got home from work and it just will not switch on. It flashes up on the power button for half a second or so sometimes when I push it, but then that is it, nothing, nada.
Is it possible for the heat we are currently experiencing, to damage the monitors in some way? Or is it just time for me to pack it up and send it off to get it sorted out? I am rather confused about the situation to be honest as I never really thought of a monitor failing.
It has been working fine the past few weeks, so no idea why now it has decided to go like this for no reason.
Any ideas chaps? Don't want to be without it for long but looks like that may be the way. Tried it in different plug sockets too, and with different power cables.
