Monitors with rotable stand?

In work I find I could really do with another screen. When writing reports, I'm often including information from other documents and it would be great to have enough space to view both documents. I'd also like to have the screen rotated so I can view the whole document on a widescreen monitor but tilted 90 degrees.

Do some monitors come with this type of stand or should I buy a clamp to mount the monitors too.

Finally, it doesn't matter if I use a HDMI for one monitor and DVI for the other?

Some monitors do come with these stands usually office type monitors or the more expensive options. My Benq XL2430T's have these stands even though i use a dual monitor stand anyway
