Monopoly isn't working!

I had the urge to buy Monopoly 'New Edition' for my Vista Ultimate Dell Vostro...it doesn't work. It goes on about an Indeo codec...which i thought i had just installed (5.1.1 or something?) and also about DirectX 8.1...which i installed as well.

The game loads, then the second i click on ANYTHING, it crashes back to desktop!

could u or have u got the latest nvidia GPU drivers for your GPU card ie graphics card ?

Chack for any patches for the game? 32 or 64 bit vista?

Fairly sure I tested that, and it didn't work, and the website confirms it.
