Thanks for that, is this tweet of your laptop purchase or did you want some useful input? :D

Not a bad way to spend £2k but you may want to upgrade the standard warranty to at least the silver (£5) which offers 1 year collect and return rather than just 1 month.

Are you financing this or buying outright.

You could get an alienware MX17 for the same money or less with comparable spec esp as there is a 15% off code at the moment. You can get one for much less on the outlet.

Just a tweet actually. I don't want a 17", or a dell/alien ware. Buying outright it is my second Clevo, the first (W860CU) has been great. You are right about the warranty.

Thanks for the info then lol :D:D

Could you do a review and put some pics up when it arrives as it is pretty hard to find decent recent reviews of these systems?

I thinking of getting one of those aswell off a reseller (Think its the same one from naming). Never really heard of them so wondering how you found them and the laptop.

I have had this laptop for a couple of months now, and it is everything I hoped it would be.
Without doing a detailed review I can say that I am 100% happy with it.

A few observations:
The 95% gamut matt screen is much better than the glossy screen in my old laptop. Colours are stunning.
The 580M GTX can handle just about anything on high details. Presently playing Crysis 2 with everything on Ultra (but not DX11). Metro 2033 not quite max details, but not far short.
The Intel 510 SSD was lightening fast, but i have already swapped it for a 512 M4 because I wanted more space (and I couldn't resist the OCUK deal!).

Would recommend this Clevo P150HM thoroughly. The reseller I bought it from was hassle-free.

I got the same laptop with a 6990m from the same re-seller, have to say the laptop is amazing, and for the price cant really go wrong at all. Only real let down for this laptop is no back-lit keybord apart from that its great. Also even thou its only 15" the power brick means you wont be taking it around.
