Monthly contract and no set up fee?

Loads of monthly contract isp loads offer free activation, but i can't 1 that does both anyone know ?

There are none (that won't ask you to pay back the activation fee if you leave with a year).
Virgin used to, but gave up on it. Kinda obvious, £43 hit and you could leave within a month after getting activated?

As Tolien said, nope - no ISP is gullible enough any more to do 1 month contracts with free activation.

best I managed to find is Nildram - they charge month by month and 1 months written notice if you want to leave them.

still a connection fee I know but one dela they do is free connex but you have to stick with them for 12 months.

not brilliant but at least the month by month contract is better than a lot offer.
