Monthly-to-month contract ISP's?

Can anyone recommend an ISP that can offer a rolling month-to-month contract. I'll be in a flat but for only 6 months and so don't want to be signing up for 12-18 month contracts. Preferably something with around 20MB download speeds, but 8-10MB would suffice I'd imagine.

The speed you'll get depends on how far away you are from your local exchange. If it is LLU enabled you could try be* who do up to 24mb and you're not tied down to a 12 month contract but you do hae to give 3 months notice before you wish to leave.

Be is actually on a monthly contract now, so you don't need to give 3 month's notice.

What extra or hidden charges would I expect?
