It's not been too bad. Obviously the month out has really set me back
I'm currently only doing 3 sets on deads. Which is a warm up set, work set, then the warm up weight again.
I'm really trying to be carful at the moment, and now that my squat is back to the 80kg mark, I'm trying to make sure I'm squatting right incase I hurt myself again.
I've not done any BOR since getting back onto the program, and have replaced it with a lat pulldown for now.
I think during my holidays 12-26th Aug I'll be doing all core work so my lower back and abs are ready for the weight, which in all honesty I think is the problem...
That and bad posture (all my life) and form (in the first 4-6 weeks)
Nevermind, it's all part of learning. I'll get better and come back stronger
