Why are stupid little 50cc mopeds allowed to use dual carriageway?
I had the dubious pleasure of trying to join a fast moving, busy dual carriageway today at 25mph after following a stupid, underpowered wheezy moped up the sliproad. He just couldn't get any speed up the hill at all and stayed in the middle of the sliproad regardless making it impossible for anyone to get past.
Joining the carriageway at 25mph was VERY hairy!
They are banned from Motorways, isn't it about time we banned them from anything bar inner city useage?
