My knees have started hurting again, not happy would have thought the weather would help.
Didn't want to do deads but we got the trap bar out so thought I'd play along. No idea if 305kg is good or not, but in the heat I'm happy.

hot, too hot again especially for deads.
earlier reps and sets were pretty fast, 200/217.5 werent though. Hopefully the intention to do it fast was enough lol.
did them all side on to a mirror so that the first rep I could see I was in a good position so happy with that!

Would you adam and eve it, i've given up on the Forced Entry as just cannot do it in my unit with the amount of people that are doing other things. Far too many clashes of use of equipment.
So, I have a new routine to play with - Blockhead by Bish. It fits much more with what can be done in our gym, started tonight with push press

push press hurt my knees, was double dipping for the fun of it, each rep of the 95kg got better as the set went on. If I hit 5 reps next week would be +2.5kg, 8 reps = +10kg, will be interesting :)

Because the rack was being used by 3 others squatting and there wasn't room to get the axle out to clean it first. Nightmare with the small space we have.

I don't believe you're not able to PP more than me and my AIDS shoulders. Sort it out Mark!!! :p

I know, my shoulders are a major weak point for me :( :p
