More 7900XTX oddities

Is the PC permanently on at the wall switch. With mine I turn on at the wall switch and wait about 10 seconds for all the capacitors to fill up. Then turn on at the pc. If I don’t wait 10 seconds I’ll get post errors with loads of beeps and it just won’t post.
It's generally left on at the wall, don't often switch it off at the outlet. It was left on at the whall whilst I was away. Other times I have switched if off for a few days and it's been fine.

As I say - it's odd, no definitive cause or reason found as yet so I know what the issue it. May have to see how it goes or until it properly fails.

Has it done it again since you reinstalled the card? Could just have been poorly seated in the PCI-E slot and worked its way out to the point it couldn't function?
It's been ok since, but it's only been a couple of days. Card was securely clipped into pcie slot (had to use the clamp/lever at the end of the slot to release etc, and three screws securing it to backplate were snug) so unless something board side I don't think it came out of the slot at all. I'm also using the support bracket that came with it so don't think it's card sag either.

Are you using the supplied support bracket ?
