Ok so i took my PC apart for a dust out, and thoght i would add 2 spare case fans i had laying around.
Now have
2 x 80mm rear (blowing out)
2 x 80mm front (sucking in) <-- new ones
1 x 80mm side (sucking in)
and well
the temps of my CPU havnt changed atall but my HDD's have dropped which were around 38/39 and my GPU which was around 48 so i suppose it wasnt all to bad.
