More Exchanges due for FTTC

They need to work faster enabling the cabinets they've had down and connected for months in exchange areas although this doesn't quite make as flashy a press release...

Quite agree, seems they are going all out for speed & FTTP in certain areas first.
And neglecting commissioning cabinets already installed in other areas to achieve this.
 
We have connected 98 new exchanges!

Only one cabinet per exchange is connected, though we have installed 20 and just not finished the job

It like that here in Bath, Combe Down exchange serves around 6,000, not even being considered yet for FTTC.

Luckily I'm on another exchange which has FTTC, but I know peeps who can get FTTC, but their next door neighbour can't due to being on the wrong exchange.
