I Brought 2 x512 pc4000 ballistix when they first came out not as a dual channel kit (werent available when released) had one stick replaced after abpout six months then last week had another stick fail memtest after a few mins, emailed Crucial and they replaced both sticks with a dual channel kit even tho one was only faulty, cant say fairer than that and a complete turn around in under one week!!! :D very happy top quality service imho
 
Just got my 2gb pc4000 kit replaced... all fine atm but will see how long that lasts. Last set went on for about 2months before giving up
