I think the fact Ryan Reynolds goes back in time, shoots himself in the head when he's reading the script for Green Lantern at the end of Deadpool 2, says everything we need to know about that movie.

Though Netflix's series of DareDevil and The Punisher are far better than the films.

The Punisher series are both amazing! Can't recommend enough. Frank Castle is the role Jon Bernthal was born to play.
