The red rose is quite stunning, I also like the dandelion. Nice.......

Thanks, the rose was one of the first close up pictures i ever took, still think its one of the best i managed to get. The dandelion was shot through my 110mm telescope that i usually use for shooting the moon. You get a quite extreme depth of field with it.

The 2nd one is the most interesting I think, I assume you shoved your lens in and daylight was behind it?

Yeah the second one was an accident, as all my good shots tend to be. I was trying to get close in and the lense completely filled the tulip so the only light was coming through the stem. It looks very Star Trekky to me.

Not too keen on 1 and 4 (1 looks a bit over-exposed and 4 a tad out of focus to me) but I do like 2 and 3
