Sorry all, yet another noobish question as I really have no confidence in my GPU knowledge. Got a R9 390 for the main rig, all AOK. However number 2 son now wants to steal the 6950 I'd moved into the front room pc to replace his 5850.
So assuming I'm going to be a good dad and let him have the 6950 what do I put in the front room pc? It's used for movies and music mostly but I do like to be able to game on it. Nothing cutting edge, currently playing deadspace 3 and Need for speed Rivals on there.
So do I put up with the 5850 for now and drop the settings or is it worth shelling out for a GTX 950 or R7 370? Ideally I want something that will last me until the day I feel I need to upgrade my R9 390 and can move that into the front room system and as always I want to spend as little as poss, definitely under £150.
